Returns and refunds: The customer has a legal period of 10 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties. Not all store products are eligible for returns.
The return costs are paid by the customer. There is no right of withdrawal for an order via a signed quotation.
