✈ Most of our products are made on demand. As a result, our shipping and processing times are a bit longer than what you may be used to.

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. Some products(chandeliers, lamps) are processed in 12-15 days. Please check the product description for this detail. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

US, EU, UK, CA, CH, NOR orders typically take 2-4 weeks.

International orders typically take 3-5 weeks.

Made to order and custom items can take up to 10 business days to be ready to ship.

Returns and refunds The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties. Not all store products are eligible for returns.

The return costs are paid by the customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid (except for shipping costs) upon receipt and verification of the return of his or her items without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which he or she exercised his or her right of withdrawal.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us his communication concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

There is no right of withdrawal for an order via a signed quotation.

Our 2 year warranty applies to private use only, it covers loose hinges, wood breakage or spring suspension failure.

It does not include conditions that result from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, intentional damage or abuse
