What happens after you place your Order?

• Once payment is cleared Order goes under production which takes 1 to 3 working days.
• Once production is complete your order is collected by the courier which is by UPS or FedEx Courier. Seamless arrangements for courier collection are made, entrusting shipments to reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL for secure and timely delivery.
• FedEx and UPS Courier are reliable and fast courier companies trusted by many businesses and we have been working together since 2017. Deliveries normally take up to 6 to 9 working days to your door no matter where you are. We deliver worldwide.

How can you see your parcel status when with courier?
Once an order is collected by the courier we update courier tracking number on your order and an instant email goes to your email address you provided at the time of your order. We always recommend adding your phone number when placing an order as this way couriers can send you tracking updates and also they can call you prior to delivery in some cases.

Proof of Delivery?
Once an order is delivered it will show teh status on the tracking link we provided and within 1 working day of the order delivered to you there is a proof of delivery document attached on the courier website for your parcel acknowledgement.

What is your parcel arrives damaged?

You can contact us on live chat on our website or just complete the contact form on the contact us page and you will recieve a response instantly within maximum time period of an hour in most cases this is very quick. If your order is arrived damaged all we need from you is photos of the damaged parts you have found of your item.
